Your answers
Your answers are kept in your browser's session storage for this tab only. They stay there until you close the tab or choose to start a new routine. KoreArk has no accounts and does not save your routine to a database.
Your PDF
The Routine Card PDF is created in your browser. Making or downloading it does not send your routine to our server.
AI-assisted suggestions
AI-assisted suggestions are optional. Nothing is sent unless you choose Continue on the permission notice. If you do, the routine on your card is sent to the KoreArk server: its name, outcome, timing, steps and details, tools, the people and backup you named, and your done check and pitfalls. The server passes it through the Emergent LLM gateway to Anthropic's Claude model, which returns wording suggestions and possible gaps. KoreArk does not own, train or operate these AI models. Emergent and Anthropic may process and keep request data for a limited time under their own terms and policies. Please leave out passwords, payment details and private personal information.
Usage limits
To keep AI-assisted suggestions fair and affordable during the beta, there is a limit on how often they can be used from one connection, and an overall daily limit. To count your requests, the server stores a scrambled code made from your internet address, never the address itself, together with a count. These counts are deleted automatically within a day. They never contain your routine.
Analytics
We use PostHog, an analytics service, to count page visits. It records which page of the app was opened (such as the builder or the download page), the time, and general technical details such as your browser type, device and approximate location based on your internet address. It does not record your screen or sessions, your clicks or typing, the text on the page, your answers, your routine, names, or anything sent to or returned by AI suggestions.
Logs
Our server keeps standard technical logs, such as the time of a request, the web address requested and error types. It does not write your routine answers to its logs or to a database. Our hosting provider may also keep standard request logs.
Fonts
Page fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers when the page opens.
Your choices
You can use the whole builder and download your PDF without AI-assisted suggestions. Every AI change is shown for your approval first, and your own wording stays unless you accept a change.
